Building Refurbishment in 2023 - Construction and Maintenance COMPLETED

1. COMPLETED: Concrete Sidewalks - were repaired as needed.

2. COMPLETED: Building Wood Siding and Painting - included two buildings ( # 6 and 16) along with deck refurbishment on all porches and decks that have not been completed on buildings 3, 4, 5 & 17.

3. COMPLETED: Landscaping and Trimming of Trees and Shrubs - continued with normal seasonal schedule and scheduled replacements.

4. COMPLETED: Replacement of Pool Liner - and associated pool maintenance.

5. COMPLETED: Acquisition of Six New Tables for the Pool Area - That match the chairs we purchased in the previous year.

6. COMPLETED: Updated Reserve Study - completed in 2023r to aid us in our WLCA long-range planning for repairs.

Building Refurbishment in 2022 - Construction and Maintenance COMPLETED

1. COMPLETED: Building 11 now has a completely new roof, new higher-capacity gutters, and refurbished chimneys

2. COMPLETED: Detention Basins have been serviced for the first time in their 35 year history. They now drain more quickly than before, with less standing water.

3. COMPLETED: Footings for the replacement of decks and porches of buildings 14 & 15. After the cement was ‘cured” properly they began the process of dismantling the decks and porches and replacing them with new ones. They refurbished the cedar siding and trim for those two buildings prior to the painter coming to paint both buildings.

4. COMPLETED: The third and final phase of the sealcoating and re-striping of our parking lots was performed midsummer.

5. COMPLETED: Concrete sidewalks, curbs, and cement porches were evaluated and refurbished.
